Return/Refund Terms :
-- Any purchase of SEPAL product cannot be refunded/canceled, sale once fulfilled or canceled
-- We have shed a lot of blood, sweat, and toil to develop SEPAL. We do not want anything short of an Awesome Experience for you with SEPAL.
-- In the case when you truly feel that SEPAL doesn't do what we claim or if it doesn't fit on your motorcycle, we will process a full Return & Refund our company’s discretion case to case basis
-- For any other case, being a startup, we won't be able to process a Return & Refund request.
-- In case of the refund request can be raised within 7 days from the receipt of the product. The product should be in stock condition – (packaging, and windshield film, should remain intact.
